11 Month Warranty Inspection
An 11 month warranty inspection, also known as a one year inspection, is an inspection that new home buyers use during their first year of living in their home while they are still covered by the homes Builder Warranty. This inspection will find any deficiencies in the home that is covered by the builders warranty before the warranty ends, allowing you to utilize this important warranty and save money to repair important parts of the home.

4-Point Inspection
A 4-Point Inspection is part of any routine home inspection. It looks at the main components of the home (such as the Roof, Plumbing, and the Electrical and HVAC systems) to see their current condition at the time of inspection; giving you a time-frame on if/when they need to be replaced. Utilizing thermal imaging technology, this inspection will moisture intrusion and leaks, electrical hot spots and energy loss , air drafts and insulation problems, roof damage, and infestations.
